Qualifications: Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Uganda Christian University and a post graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (PGD L.P LDC) from the Law Development Centre.

Area of Practice: Mr. Mutumba is a trial lawyer with expertise in litigating complex civil and Criminal matters. He is a member of the East African Law Society, Uganda Law Society, Advocate and state Advocate of the High Court of the Uganda.
